Forest Protection

TFS is revolutionizing forest protection through the integration of modern technologies. By leveraging satellite imagery and drone surveillance, TFS monitors forest health and detects illegal activities in real time. This technological approach enhances the enforcement of conservation laws, supports sustainable forest management, and promotes effective reforestation efforts. Through these innovations, TFS is committed to conserving Tanzania's forests for future generations, ensuring the sustainability of these vital ecosystems. However, Wildfires have been pointed out as a notorious challenge to meaningful development and investments in woodlots, natural and plantation forests. To curb this challenges, there are various tools and approaches including satellite, ground fire detection and fighting equipment.
