The Agency is committed to improve enabling environment for investment on the same and continues to explore opportunities to invest for the purpose of capturing country and international interest. It is expected that investments undertaken properly will enhance sustainable management of forest and bee resources; increase revenue base and contribute to socio-economic development and environmental conservation. 

• TFS has recently allowed investment in forest reserve by introducing a Eco Tourism Facilities Concession regulation GN No. 85 of 2020 where by investors are invited to invest in accommodation facilities more specifically to tented camps and eco lodges within the national forest reserves.
• TFS has reduced the burden for concessioners by ensuring availability of essential facilities in the concession and recreation sites by ensuring accessibility through roads and connecting electricity and water.
• The concessioner and his/her close family and site managers are exempted from paying entrance and camping fees in the reserve
• In some cases, the agency solicits the concession areas by conducting feasibility studies on behalf of the clients and publicize the sites for public competition
